CMI Mailing is a mail house in Minnesota.  They excel in a competitive market through their use of technology among other things.  They provide excellent list creation services which most similar businesses do not do.

They wanted a way to help process all of their jobs through the various stages.  They also wanted a way to allow their customers to easily attach data files to the jobs they have with CMI. 

Trailhead built a secure, web-based tool that allows both customers and staff to add jobs to a job queue.  This tool allows staff to mark completion dates for each step in the CMI process. 

Most importantly, CMI Mailing customers can log into the CMI Mailing web site and check the real time status of their job and if necessary upload their own data files.
